LIMTED EDITION PRINTS
IN FAVOUR OF THE NATIONAL FOALING BANK

Following on from the Equithon, I am continuing my fund raising efforts and have reproduced a picture of
the foal 'Harry Winston' as a limited edition of 250. The picture was donated to the NFB by Harriet Glen, the well respected equestrian and animal jewellery designer and sculptress
- and came to me via the Equithon NFB raffle.
I have produced the first 50 and hold 20 for purchase (Harriet has the other 30 for sale at Olympia).
As well as being a beautiful picture Harriet has signed the mounts for authenticity
and Johanna Vardon from the NFB has signed the mounts too
so making these prints unique!

We are asking £25 each print, plus £2.50 p+p.

MARLAK NAZIKA - FOR SALE

Marlak Nazikais a 13 yo grey 13.2 reg.PBA & PBW Arab (sire Shah Shadow).

She would be ideal for endurance as she has stamina in all paces and was only used as a hack in her first home where she was for 10 years. In the last 2 years my daughter has introduced her to jumping and other general pony club and gymkhana fun and she has never put a foot wrong; but my daughter has M.E. and so Nazika does not get the riding she desperately needs.

I have an advert on preloved which states:

Pretty grey mare, nice paces and good in all ways; catch, load, traffic, farrier. Needs patient handling to clip and bath as can fidget. Loves to jump, coloured, rustic and water jumps no problem. She is currently ridden in a rubber snaffle, but can be strong when jumping, in company she wants to be up front. So she needs regular riding by a CAPABLE and CONFIDENT rider. Capitals are to reinforce that this is not a childs pony, but is suited to a teen or small adult. She is currently ridden by a 19 year old of slim build but is sadly for sale due to daughters on-going ill health means she is unable to ride this pony as much as she needs.

She has just been away for 2 weeks with a trainer to get fit and for re-schooling - and the trainer is willing to speak to any prospective new home as she found her well behaved, willing but not overly strong and good to ride out on hacks alone or in company.

Home is more important than the money and only a proven experienced good home will be considered - we are in no hurry to part with this mare, but long-term she needs more attention than we can offer. Last year she competed well at the local level in jumping and gymkhana games.

14.3hh, 11 years old, very low mileage, absolutely no vices, has reached Elementary in his unaff. Dressage, could go higher, he has his changes. Has done lots of showing while on loan last year and has done a lot of EGB rides, Sportendurance rides and Farm Rides, which he loves.

Can go at any pace and would excel at Endurance, he has done a few 20 milers and doesn’t break sweat. An easy horse to own and manage that will get rosettes in anything he does.

Excellent manners, catches himself, loads and travels all the time, great with the farrier and to clip, never needed the vet, except for jabs, no rider from September so for sale for his own benefit.

BILLY - TIME EXPIRED

Fantastic endurance prospect French Bred (15hh approx) Pure Bred Arab – Billy is a 4 year old chestnut gelding and should make a fantastic endurance horse. He has excellent paces, fantastic temperament, a snaffle mouth, is always willing to please and can be ridden alone or in company.

He is good with the farrier, traffic, clip, loading and travelling with excellent stable manners, a real pleasure to ride and always tries to please, nothing seems to freak him out (excellent for endurance, special home required.

His breeding is as below;

CRIOLLO STALLION - TIME EXPIRED

Arrayan Numa.
Papered and Branded Criollo Stallion.
Fully Licensed in the UK with Weatherby's Non Thoroughbred Register as "Arrayan Numa VII" 14.2, Red Roan, born 2004.
Imported from South America in 2007.
Playing polo pony stallion (Best Playing Pony Perth 2008)

Arrayan was placed second in "La Marcha" in Uruguay as a three year old. This is a 750Km endurance race, to be completed in 14 days, at a minimum speed of 10Km an hour. Stallions are required to carry 17.5 stone and live off the land, receiving no supplementary feeding for the duration of the race.

In 2010 Arrayan Numa was coat colour tested by the University of California as part of their current research into the roan gene. He has tested Homozygous for the roan gene meaning that all of his foals will be roan.

He stands at Chamfron Stud, just over the border in Scotland.
